4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) FEE

Cash on Delivery orders are subject to an additional COD handling fee of ₹39.

The ₹39 COD fee applies only to orders placed using Cash on Delivery. Prepaid orders are not subject to this COD fee.

The applicable COD fee will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order on our website does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's service conditions.
