At RRR Collection Store, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. As our products may include different categories and may be sourced or prepared specifically for each order, we currently follow a No Return and No Cancellation Policy, except in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, wrong product selection, size preference, or any other reason unrelated to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Please review the product details, images, specifications, and other information carefully before placing your order.
2. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
For COD orders also, cancellation is not permitted after the order has been confirmed/processed.
Please make sure that your delivery address, contact details, product selection, and order information are correct before completing your purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or not functioning as described
- Incorrect or different from the product ordered
please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us verify the issue, you must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video showing the package from the time it is received/opened until the product and any damage or issue are clearly visible.
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
4. Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect-product claim.
The video should clearly show:
- The unopened package and shipping label
- The condition of the package before opening
- The complete opening/unboxing process
- The product and any visible damage, defect, or discrepancy
Please do not throw away the original packaging until your issue has been resolved.
5. How to Report an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact our customer support team through the contact details provided on our website.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Contact number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Complete unboxing video
- Description of the issue
Our team will review the information and determine whether the claim qualifies for a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
6. Refunds
Refunds are only considered for approved cases involving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible product.
If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or as otherwise communicated by our team.
Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
7. Replacement
Where appropriate and subject to product availability, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement eligibility will be determined after reviewing the submitted evidence and the condition of the product.
8. COD Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to the same Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Refusing or rejecting a COD delivery does not constitute an approved cancellation or return.
9. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and other required delivery information.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
10. Final Decision
All damage, defect, incorrect-product, replacement, and refund requests are subject to verification by RRR Collection Store.
We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the requirements of this policy, including claims submitted without sufficient evidence or without the required unboxing video.
